Horses on the Beach

 

On Saturday November 22nd SMCC members arrived at the Grand Avenue entrance to Pismo State Beach at 4PM, where they were met by 5 Equestrians who joyfully paraded their horses up and down the beach for an hour. The fog was partially in and the sun was setting, providing members an opportunity to capture images with strong lighting contrasts, reflections on the sand, and sunset approching the horizon.

After the photo shoot, some members divided into groups and went to local restuarants for dinner and/or drinks. The equestrians were thanked by our members emailing them their best photos to add to their personal portfolios. All who participated send out a big 'Thank You' to the equestrians.
